Agreement
By using this site or any Rebine Technologies service you accept these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, firm or institution, you confirm you have the authority to do so.
Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of the details on your account and for keeping your credentials private. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been used without your permission.
Acceptable use
Do not use Rebine services to break the law, to attack or probe systems without permission, to misrepresent your identity, or to harm people. We may suspend access that puts other users or the service at risk.
Intellectual property
The Rebine name, mark, site design and software remain the property of Rebine Technologies unless a written agreement says otherwise. Content you submit remains yours, and you grant us only the permission needed to act on it.
Collaboration
Enquiries sent through this site do not by themselves create a partnership, a contract or an obligation on either side. Any collaboration is governed by the separate agreement signed for that work.
Liability
Services are provided as they stand. To the extent the law allows, Rebine is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site.
Changes
These terms may change as Rebine grows. Material changes will be dated on this page, and continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
